Planning Fees & Professional Services
Our planning fee pays for the work before anything is booked: the research, the comparisons, the itinerary, and the hours you would otherwise spend yourself. It is separate from the price of your trip, which does not change because you booked it with us.
Up to 45 minutes to shape where you are going and what the trip should feel like. Credited in full against your planning fee when you book with us within 30 days, so it costs nothing if you go ahead.
Ship and cabin selection, dining and shore excursions, pre- and post-cruise nights.
Line and itinerary matching, cabin category, land extensions, and the timing that makes a river sailing work.
Resort matching to how you actually holiday, room category, transfers, and dining reservations.
The cruise fee plus flights arranged and ticketed for up to four travellers. No separate air ticketing fee.
A multi-stop trip built from scratch: routing, pacing, hotels, and what to do when you get there.
Single-country Europe, the Caribbean beyond a resort, Latin America, Asia, or Africa.
Two or more countries in one trip, with the trains, transfers, and border logistics that go with them.
Includes the quiet arrangements that make it feel planned for you: room requests, a celebration touch on arrival, and timing that protects the first day.
Disney and Universal set the same prices whether you book direct or through an advisor, and they pay us. Resort and ticket selection, dining plan, and booking management cost you nothing.
Optional. A day-by-day touring plan built around your party: which park on which day, dining reserved at the sixty-day window, Lightning Lane and Express Pass sequencing, rope-drop order, and a rest-day plan for young children.
Reunions, milestone birthdays, corporate incentives, and church or association travel. Includes room-block management and one point of contact for every traveller.
Resort and wedding-package selection, room-block negotiation and management, a guest booking page, payment tracking for every guest, and coordination with the resort's wedding team through to the day.
Villa and private-guide programmes, chartered travel, and multi-week itineraries. Scoped and quoted after a design session, because no two of these are the same shape.
Seat selection included.
Seat selection included.
Our fee for handling it. Any airline penalty or fare difference is separate and set by the airline.
Per change after the itinerary is confirmed. Supplier penalties, if any, are separate.
Departures inside 30 days, added to the planning fee, because short notice means everything is worked in parallel.
We tell you what your destination requires, check your documents against it, and point you to the official application. Applications are filed by you, with the issuing authority.
We present travel protection options with every quote. There is no charge for that conversation.
Paid up front, not at the end
The planning fee is due before work begins. It buys the research and the plan, which have value whether or not you travel.
Non-refundable once work starts
The design session is the low-risk way to try us. After that the fee is earned as the work is done.
One fee per trip
A cruise with a resort stay either side is one trip and one fee. You are never charged per component.
Your trip does not cost more
Suppliers pay us a commission out of their own margin. Our fee is for planning, not a markup on your holiday.
Quoted before we start
Anything marked “from” or “custom” is scoped and quoted in writing, and you approve it before any work begins.
Supplier terms are the supplier's
Deposits, change penalties, and cancellation rules are set by the cruise line, resort, or airline, and we will always tell you what they are.
Fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are separate from the cost of travel. Bookings are made with the supplier of record; confirmations, terms, and cancellation policies are set by that supplier.
